For the little ones the Tamar Valley Donkey Park and indoor play area is great on wet weather days. The comfortable accommodation offers ONE super-king-size bedroom with wash basin and a seating area with views over the garden. There is ample room for 2 extra single beds or up to 2 cots (available on request). Bathroom: situated on the ground floor with large double whirlpool bath and separate shower with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD music system. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge and freezer. Regret no washing machine but washing/drying facilities available on request. Conservatory: with seating and views over the garden. Outside: lawn area and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electricity central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Additional info: home delivery of groceries etc available can be arranged prior to your visit and stored in the barn for your arrival. Location: pub and shop in village within walking distance.
